I loved everything, it's the perfect place for a picky eater! The burger was well down and I finally found a place with pickled onions, I'm so happy. The build was well lit and is in a beautiful area in my opinion, the host was very upbeat and very friendly, I believe I heard him say it was his first day, he had long blonde hair with a head band, I think he was doing a wonderful job.
First time coming to State Burger Co. and I was really impressed. The place was clean and inviting. The workers were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the decor. Instead of giving you a mint at the end of your meal, you get a mini Cows Tail. Nice touch! There is along the street parking. Just be prepared to pay the meter.

We recently moved to State college from out of state and were recommended State Burger. Our first date night out, and it was worth the short drive! The burgers are fresh, and the opportunities and endless with what you can create. My husband got the brioche bun, and although I love pretzel buns, I would say the brioche was better here. The fries were so good, as were the shakes! The customer service was top notch! Our kids are begging for a family night out here after hearing how much we loved it here!
seriously, this place is amazing! the "build your own burger" option is a game-changer, with so many toppings and patty choices you can create your dream burger. being able to bring your own alcohol is a fantastic bonus! even though it was packed, our food came out super fast (and we were a big party of 11!). the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. if you're looking for a delicious and fun burger experience, look no further. 5 stars all the way!
I LOVE creating my own burger! They have all the toppings you would expect plus super unique ones like fried Brussels sprouts and kettle chips. A must try!

This restaurants has a very simple menu but they are amazing at what they have. The menu is great for people with specific food allergies and the staff is attentive to any needs you tell them about. You get a great amount of food for your dollar. I make a point to eat here every time I am downtown.
